The Pokémon TCG 30th Celebration family is the first set in a long time where every format is available as a factory-sealed master case on release, and Worldwide Brands Distributors lists each of those cases as its own case-pack line: the Elite Trainer Box case (10 boxes), the booster bundle case (25 bundles), the battle deck case (6 decks), the ex tin case (6 tins), the Binder, Ditto Premium and Figure Collection cases (6 each), the Poster Collection case (6) and the Ultra-Premium Collection case (4). This guide explains how an importer or chain turns those case packs into a pallet or container order, what the pallet looks like, and how the export side runs.
From case packs to a pallet
A distributor order is built from whole master cases: so many ETB cases, so many bundle cases, so many collection cases. Each case-pack listing shows its minimum quantity above the Add to cart button and lines can be mixed in one order — a typical first pallet mixes the two volume formats (ETB cases and bundle cases) with two or three collection-box cases for the gift season. Sealed cases keep their manufacturer seal; we do not open master cases for a pallet order. See sealed cases by the pallet for the current list.
What a pallet of sealed cases looks like
- Built on a standard US pallet (48 × 40 inches), cases stacked by format with the heaviest (booster display and ETB cases) at the bottom, stretch-wrapped, corner-boarded and labelled with your order reference.
- Sealed TCG is light for its value, so most pallets go by air; sea freight (LCL or a full container) is the choice for a season’s stock when the landed cost per case matters more than the transit time. The container and LCL page covers the booking steps.
- The exact number of cases per pallet depends on the mix; we confirm it with the freight quote, which is by weight and volume. The online flat rate ($370 within the USA, $690 outside) applies only to an order placed at the listed minimum.
Release timing for an export order
The 30th Celebration waves are listed by the manufacturer between 30 October and 4 December 2026 (battle decks first, the Figure and Ultra-Premium Collections on 6 November, the ex tins and the Binder Collection case on 4 December); dates can change. For an importer the practical rule is to pre-order the whole mix on one pro-forma so the allocation is reserved in order of payment, then ship in one or two consolidated moves rather than case by case as waves release. Upcoming releases by the case.
Documents, clearance and payment
- Commercial invoice, packing list and the carrier’s transport document travel with every shipment; a certificate of origin is prepared when you tell us before invoicing that the destination needs one.
- Clearance either through your own customs broker or agent, or through our VAT and customs clearance service with door-to-door air delivery quoted on volume, weight and size. We do not quote duty or tax rates.
- Payment by international SWIFT wire transfer against the pro-forma invoice (local ACH bank transfer for US buyers); no card payments. After payment is confirmed you also receive the paid invoice, supply-chain documents, the unique product serial barcodes and a letter of authorization for the order.
- In-stock cases are despatched 5 to 7 business days after payment clears, insured in transit; pre-ordered cases ship when the wave releases.
Destinations
Canada and Australia have their own guides (Canada, Australia); the United Kingdom, Europe, Switzerland, the Gulf states, Israel, Singapore, Korea and Japan are covered country by country on the international shipping page, and the general export process is in Exporting Pokémon TCG from the USA by pallet or container. US chains and distributors order the same case packs for domestic delivery.
