Worldwide Brands Distributors prepares health, beauty and fragrance stock for Amazon sellers. These are the categories we distribute every day, so the people handling your units already know what a compliant supplement carton, a leaking pump bottle or a short-dated lot looks like. We prepare the stock you buy from us to FBA standards and send it into the network.
Prep is for stock you buy from us: it is prepped in the same movement as your order, which removes a freight leg and a handover from the chain. Stock you have bought can also be reserved and held for you until your shipment plan is ready. Browse the wholesale catalogue or tell us what you need prepped.
Why health and beauty stock is prepped differently
General merchandise prep is a counting and labelling job. Supplements, skincare and perfume carry compliance risk that only shows up after the shipment has been accepted, so the checks happen before the carton is sealed, not after.
- Expiry and lot codes recorded on receipt, so short-dated units are flagged to you before they ship instead of being rejected at the fulfilment centre.
- Seals and tamper-evident closures inspected unit by unit — a broken safety seal on a supplement is a customer complaint waiting to happen.
- Liquids, creams and serums poly-bagged and packed so a single leak does not write off the units around it.
- Suffocation warnings applied where the bag size calls for them.
- Fragrance handled as a restricted commodity — kept out of shipments that cannot legally carry it, and packed to survive ground transit.
- Ingredient panels and country-of-origin marks checked against what the listing claims.

Additional services
Bundling and multipacks
Retail-ready bundles and multipacks assembled to your specification and to Amazon’s packaging rules — useful for moving slower lines and for protecting margin on products that are easy to price-match.
Repackaging and compliance labelling
Sealed manufacturer product is never opened, decanted or relabelled over the manufacturer’s own labelling — doing that is what turns a condition query into an authenticity claim. What we can do is apply labelling to the outside: channel and FNSKU labels, poly bagging with the required warnings, and destination compliance overlabels where you supply the artwork and act as importer of record. Where outer packaging has been damaged in transit, the unit is protected or the shortage documented rather than quietly re-boxed.
Damage and shortage documentation
If a unit is found damaged, short or mislabeled while we prep your order, you get photographs and a written record before the shipment leaves.
Reserved and held stock
Stock you buy from us can be reserved and held for you until your shipment plan or listing is ready, then prepped and sent on. We do not receive FBA removal orders or stock bought from other suppliers, and storage is not sold as a separate service.
What we need to start
- A list of what you are ordering from us, with quantities and ASINs
- Access to create shipments in your Seller Central account, or a shipping plan you have already built
- Any custom labels or bundle instructions
- Your preference on how short-dated or damaged units should be handled before it happens
Talk to us about your volume
Prep is quoted on what the work actually involves — unit count, category, how much of it is bundling and how much is straight labelling. Tell us what a typical order looks like and we will price the prep properly rather than quote a headline rate that changes once the work starts.

Prepping trading cards and toys
These are our deepest categories and they are the ones where prep quality shows up fastest in your metrics.
On sealed trading card product the seal is the product. A buyer inspects it before anything else, and a unit that looks tampered with becomes an authenticity complaint rather than a condition complaint. We handle it sealed, protect the outer packaging as carefully as the contents, and document the case it came from.
Toys carry the sharpest seasonal curve of anything we ship, which makes prep timing part of the plan rather than an afterthought. Tell us the season you are shipping into when you place the order, not when the stock is already packed.
Prep at pallet and container scale
At volume, the questions change. What matters is not whether a unit can be labelled but how the shipment is built: carton counts, weight limits, labelling at carton as well as unit level, and receiving requirements at the destination.
Tell us the destination and its receiving rules at order stage. A shipment built to the wrong carton specification is rework, and rework at pallet scale costs more than the prep did.
Gating and approvals are still yours
Prep does not solve approval. Many categories and individual products are gated, and gating is specific to your selling account rather than to the product. Check every product in your own account before committing to a quantity — prepped stock you cannot list costs more than unprepped stock you can.
What this service is not
We are not a dropshipping service. We do not ship to your end customers, we do not blind-ship with your branding on the outside, and we do not fulfil orders from your storefront as they come in. We also do not prep stock bought elsewhere — this service exists for the stock you buy from us, which is what lets us stand behind the sealing and the condition.
Shipping and forwarding
We ship directly into Amazon fulfilment centres. Send us your shipment plan and the destination centre with your order, and the stock goes from our facility into Amazon without passing through your hands at all.
We also forward to third-party warehouses and 3PLs, to your own address, and to a freight forwarder for export at pallet or container scale. Tell us where it is going and any receiving requirements that apply — appointment windows, carton or pallet labelling, weight limits — and the shipment is built to those from the start rather than reworked at the door.
Tracking follows every shipment as soon as it leaves.
Timing
Stock is despatched 5–7 business days after payment clears, and prep is carried out inside that window wherever the requirements arrive with the order. Unusual bundling or a large shipment build can add time, and we will tell you before you pay rather than after.
