Exporting Pokémon TCG from the USA by Pallet or Container: Canada, Australia, the Gulf and Israel

Pokémon TCG 30th Celebration Knock Out Collection – Case Pack

Most of the Pokémon TCG that leaves the United States for overseas shelves travels in one of three ways: as case packs by courier, as a wrapped pallet by air or sea, or as an LCL share or a full container by sea. Which one makes sense depends on the order value, how fast the buyer needs it and what the destination’s clearance looks like. This guide sets out how Worldwide Brands Distributors builds and ships an export order of sealed Pokémon TCG to Canada, Australia, the Gulf states and Israel, and what the buyer needs to have ready.

Case pack, pallet or container?

  • Case packs by courier suit a first order at the listed minimum: an online order at the minimum quantity ships at the flat rate shown at checkout ($370 within the USA, $690 outside), and the goods travel insured, in polythene and bubble wrap inside the original factory-sealed cases.
  • A pallet (standard US footprint 48 × 40 inches) suits repeat buyers taking several lines at once — mixed booster-box, Elite Trainer Box and bundle cases on one wrapped pallet, quoted by weight and volume, by air when speed matters and by sea when cost matters.
  • LCL or a full container suits distributors and chains planning a season. An LCL share is priced per cubic metre; a 20-foot container holds roughly 33 cubic metres and a 40-foot about 67, and a full box only pays off when the buyer can fill most of it. Our container and LCL page walks through the booking steps.

Larger quantities and customised orders are always quoted by weight; the online flat rate applies only to an order placed at the listed minimum. Every line on the site is sold in whole case packs with its minimum quantity shown above the Add to cart button, and no order under $5,000 is processed.

What travels and how it is packed

Sealed Pokémon TCG is light for its value, which is why air freight is common even for pallet-sized orders. Booster-box cases, Elite Trainer Box cases, bundle cases, collection boxes and tins stay in the manufacturer’s master cases; the cases are stretch-wrapped on the pallet, corner-boarded and labelled with the buyer’s reference. The Pokémon by the case, pallet or container page lists the formats, and each product page states the case quantity and the release status, including pre-orders on announced sets.

Documents and payment

Every export shipment leaves with a commercial invoice, a packing list and the carrier’s transport document; a certificate of origin is prepared when the buyer tells us before invoicing that one is needed for the destination. Payment is by international SWIFT wire transfer against a pro-forma invoice for buyers outside the USA (local ACH bank transfer for US buyers); card payments are not accepted. Once payment is confirmed, the buyer also receives the paid invoice, our supply-chain documents, the unique product serial barcodes and a letter of authorization for that order. In-stock orders are despatched 5 to 7 business days after payment clears; the transit time depends on the mode and the destination and is quoted with the freight.

Clearance: your broker or our service

Customs can be handled in one of two ways on every destination below: your own customs broker or agent clears the goods with you as importer of record, or you choose our VAT and customs clearance service and we arrange clearance and door-to-door delivery by air, quoted on volume, weight and size. Duty and tax rates are set by the destination and confirmed by the broker at entry — we do not quote them.

Destination notes

  • Canada: the Canada Border Services Agency clears the entry, normally through a broker acting for you; most card shipments move by air or by truck after a US consolidation. Country page: Pokémon cards wholesale for Canada.
  • Australia: the Australian Border Force clears commercial imports, with GST assessed at import and a broker filing above the commercial threshold; sea freight suits container programmes, air suits everything else. Country page: Pokémon cards wholesale for Australia.
  • Gulf states: each GCC market clears imports through its own customs authority with a locally licensed agent; air freight into the main hubs is the usual route for sealed TCG, and an Arabic-language invoice is sometimes requested — tell us before invoicing.
  • Israel: Israel Customs, part of the Israel Tax Authority, clears commercial imports, and importers normally work through a licensed customs agent; sea freight enters through Haifa or Ashdod and air freight through Ben Gurion Airport, the usual route for cards and collectibles.

All of these, plus the United Kingdom, Europe, Switzerland, Singapore, Korea and Japan, are covered country by country on the international shipping page.

How to start an export order

  1. Pick the lines and quantities from the Pokémon TCG category (minimum quantity on each listing; mix lines in one order).
  2. Tell us the destination, the delivery address type (warehouse, store or forwarder) and whether you clear through your own broker or want our clearance service.
  3. We confirm stock and case counts, quote the freight by weight and volume for the mode you prefer, and issue the pro-forma invoice for SWIFT payment.
  4. After payment clears, the order is packed, insured and despatched within 5 to 7 business days, with the documents sent to you the same day.
